Carol singing at the Maltings

Thumpers Beaver colony was joined by members of Birchwood & Wolf Cub packs along with a handful of Scouts to entertain Christmas shoppers at The Malting’s in St. Albans with their carol singing on a cold Saturday last December.

After much practice honing their singing skills, over 30 pack members braved the cold to sing their hearts out, getting shoppers in the festive mood with their Christmas carol singing. Their efforts paid off – they raised a fantastic £ for the group, which The Maltings have kindly matched.

Carol singing has long been a very successful fundraiser for the Group, and of course a wonderful way of getting the pack members and their families in the festive spirit! Thank you to everyone who came along to support this event.
