Archery success for Birchwood Cubs

Cubs from 1st Park Street are celebrating a good result at this year's District Cubs Archery Competition. Following three training sessions held over the summer holidays, which all the members of the Pack tried out for a place in the squad, with 10 Cubs eventually selected: Benjamin, Ellie, Dominic, Harrison, Ryan, Charlotte, Jacob, Paul, Tom and Cooper.

The Cubs competed in two teams, with each member having six arrows to achieve their best score.

Team B secured an impressive third place, while Team A finished in fifth place, competing against 13 teams in total from across the St Albans district.

The leaders and Group Scout Leader congratulate all the participants on their result.
